Well Misty and I ended the trip with a girls day out shopping trip and a trip to the Gunther House for breaskfast. If you end up in San Antonio this place is a must. The food was amazing and the views were equally impressive. They even have a gift shop where I took home some batter for waffles and a bag of specialty coffee. Thank you again Misty and Kyle for housing and hanging out with us for an entire month.

On a sad note our third child Kaiser was attacked by another dog who lives up the street. I don't think the owners knew of their dogs' viscious capabilities when I asked if it would be ok to use the trail behind their house to hike up with my dog they agreed it would be fine. It turned out not to be fine when their guard dog turned aggressive and ripped into Kaiser. But by the Grace of God it didn't turn on me and thank God I didn't have the kids with me. I feared for Kaisers life and my own. Note to self... carry mace or a big stick from now on. A $500 (so far) vet bill, chest tube drain, 37 sutures, a bottle of doggie narcotics, antiinflammatories and antibiotics later he seems to be doing better. We decided to stay an extra week to allow him more time to heal before we fly home.
On the right is Grammie Wickes, middle is Great Nan and then the younger of the Wickes women. Spending this time with family has been wonderful.
Georgia is LOVING the jumparoo! We gotta get one of these.

As Adam said when he saw this picture, I'm glad Nolan has figured out the art of "chilling out". That kid is a real original.

Georgia is almost 6 months old now. We will start some rice cereal when we get home. She is nursing like crazy so I think it is time to get some real food in that girls belly. She sits for very short periods on her own. She is adorable if I do say so myself!

It looks like Nolan got into the doggie narcotics here. I love my kiddos.

So Nolan has always been a very holy boy. He finds anything that could be used as a worship tool and will start singing prayers. Here he has discovered the chalice. Otherwise known as my empty wine glass.

So happy that Keith and Vannessa got to come to Monte and meet Georgia for the first time and spend some time with Nolan and me. This is Adam's brother and our soon-to-be sister in law. Their upcoming nuptuals will be in August. We couldn't be happier to welcome her into the Wickes family and Keith for sure couldn't have found a nicer more supportive women. We love you guys!

Oh, poor Kaiser!!!! Bless his little heart! I hope he's going to be okay. I can't imagine how scary that must have been.
On a lighter note, your kiddos are just gorgeous, as always! Georgia is getting so big. I love her bright eyes. Nolan is such a cutie, too.
