Well, camping didn't happen. Well, it did, but not in the capacity we thought it would. I've had a head cold, sore throat etc for about a week. Saturday morning was Georgia's make-up party when that morning I felt like I was on deaths door step! I popped a few Tylenol and trucked along. I wasn't going to be sick on my girls special day. We threw the party, she had a great time, the guests left and I hit the couch. I didn't get up for the next three days. I.was.so.sick. My fever stayed between 101 and 103.5 for 3 days. Our great camping weekend to celebrate Adam's success turned into him single daddying and me having fever chills. Monday I went in to be seen. They were it was bacterial and prescribed a broad spectrum antibiotic. The doc suggested I pump and dump for the next 10 days and feed Cameron all people food. This could be the end of nursing at a week shy of his 1 year birthday. Not ready. Thankfully after I left, a few hours passed and my fever broke on its own. I decided not to take the antibiotics. I've been afebrile since but still suffering from serious sinus congestion, really nasty snot, a cough and general malaise. Yuck, yuck, yuck.
Adam did set up the tent in the yard on Tuesday night and the big kids and him spent the night out there reading stories and making smores. They had a great time.
Adam made some garden beds for us. We are learning to grow our own food and stocking up on ammo and guns just in case. I can't wait to see what crops we can get!

| This little guy just made me laugh. He was staring in our dining room the other morning. Ever get the feeling you are being watched? |

Nolan and I are doing a Spartan race this year! November 10 is the big day. He isn't really a competitive kid but I thought since I was doing the adult race he might be inspired to train with me and maybe have it become a bonding experience for the both of us. This is an adventure race with obstacles and lots of mud!

Bummer about being sick. I had that happen to me this year as well. If you know anyone in the area that sells an essential oil brand called Doterra you should give them a try. We have been using them for about a year and I tell ya its almost like voodoo magic! I use the stuff all the time now. Glad your feeling better!
Sara, which would I use?
