I am so pleased to see that my friends are still reading our blog. I was feeling a bit...disconnected. That's a good word for how I was feeling. Adam wrote me and said he looks at it while he is TDY. I had no idea. Thank you all for your feedback. I have a new camera. I think the images are more clear and have more depth. I need a better lens but for now I'm going to play around with the thing and see if I can get quality photos. Now, more on what is up in our lives. I am almost done with my academic packet for my Bradley training. I should be able to start my first class in the middle of August. I am excited for this project. This is something that mixes all my loves in life; natural childbirth, breast-feeding, mothering, teaching, connecting with others and being a support for others who may feel unsupported. I will be marketing free training for teen mothers as well. I want them to feel supported, loved and to know they and their babies have a place in this world.
Adam is soaring to great heights all over the globe. This month he is in England where from there... only God and General whoosy whatsy knows.
Nolan is such cool little dude. He says some off the wall things such as today, driving home from the grocery store and from the back seat "God bless Texas" huh??? I have no idea where that came from. He loves to imitate me. He will hold Georgia's face and say with such conviction "you hear me Georgia, look at me in the eyes and say it". Still wearing big boy undies during the day and an annoying fear of the little potty for poop. He's not even 3 so I'll cut him some slack.
Georgia is coming into her own. She is just a few days shy of 10 months old. My goodness where has the time gone! She is very close to crawling. She is getting frustrated with the back and forth rocking, going backward, sliding around on her belly that she randomly lets out a shrill little scream then grinds her teeth. She has also figured out how to let her brother know she doesn't want to be messed with. I look over to see Georgia grabbing a hold of Nolan's head and chomp! He screams "no Georgia, no biting" She's going to be a fun toddler. I love these kids so much. They bring unending amusement.

I do find time to read BUT I still only have 1 kiddo! I also do most of my reading while she's snoozing :-) Thank goodness she still takes a 1 1/2 to 2 hour nap everyday!
Nice shades, Nolan!
And I just love those pictures of sweet Georgia!
