Nolan and I (well more so I) thought it would be awesome to get out with the squadron and camp this weekend. The weather was fair but turned nice toward late afternoon then in the evening the winds were treacherous! We all thought our trailers might blow away. We had a great time getting to know other squadron members and saying goodbye to a couple as well. Hauling, setting up and functioning the trailer by myself isn't so much the hard part. It was the 7 months pregnant and chasing an 18 month old that was the challenge. We did it though and had some great support from the squadron along the way. First solo trip... success! Also,we had Nolan's 18 month well baby and he is quite well. He is weighing in at a solid 25 lbs stands 2ft 8inches tall. He has a bunch of teeth and breaking through all his molars right now. He's been cranky but for good reason. I love being his mommy.
28 Week Check-up:
I weighed in at 141 lbs (15lb gain) with the BP 113/62. Baby measured perfect, 28 cm and HR was in the 130-140s. Seems like all is going quite well. The feisty little one was kicking Col. Yates' doppler every time she moved it (chasing our baby) trying to get the HR. The baby is presenting in the breach position though we still have lots of time and he/she has lots of room to move clearly. Next appointment will be at the end of July. Let's hope this little one turns to a vertex position by then.
